Angel Shaw, founder and lead therapist at Hearts of Light Counseling & Consulting, is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges and build fulfilling, resilient relationships. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and National Certified Counselor, Angel brings over 10 years of expertise in guiding clients through relational grief, stress management, and other relational concerns. With a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas and a background as a certified bilingual educator, she brings a compassionate, practical approach to her practice.

 

In her work, Angel blends Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with evidence-based relationship principles to provide clients with clear, effective strategies for healing and personal growth. Hearts of Light offers a range of services, including individual therapy and relational grief support. The practice also provides Divorce Recovery Life Guide Coaching, helping individuals rebuild confidence, navigate emotional healing, and move forward after divorce or relationship loss. Angel’s mission is to support clients in creating healthy, satisfying lives by helping them overcome obstacles and step into renewed purpose and growth.
