2020...What do you see?

WOW! Can you believe we have entered a new decade?? It's been a while since I've written here. Life continues to move and change in directions that we least expect it to. Those who know me, know that I am NOT a writer, but I always try to write inspirational messages that will add a little light to your life and encourage you in what God has created you to do.

I can say that in my life, God has been showing me and teaching me a lot about faith. Even when you don't see it, can you trust that He has it figured out already? That's hard to do with the natural eye, but if you look through the eyes of faith, there is no vision from God that He can't bring to pass.

In this new decade, I encourage you to find what you're passionate about and go for it. There's something that you've been sitting on the shelf for many years now. Is it a dream, an idea, a gift, a word?? Whatever it is, now is the time. If you've kept up with what's happening in the world, you've seen so many terrible things happening in this country and around the world. There have been celebrity deaths, deaths in your own families, viruses that are attacking people, leadership issues, and on and on and on. There will never be a "right" time to go for it, so why not now?

Let me give you a few tips to keep you focused in this next season of your life:

Start each day with a clear focus.What do I want to accomplish today?
Surround yourself with positive messages. It could be a song, a scripture, an inspiration message or devotion. Choose something that will help to motivate you and keep your mind focused each day.
Stay close to God.
Use the support that is around you. We weren't meant to "go it alone."
Live your life! You only have one so make it good.
